This event, which we have enjoyed putting on for years, had to be more creative and larger than ever before. Extra special was that the theme Planet Polaris was closely linked to a major internal project that Adevinta had successfully completed in the previous year. So we could go all out on planets, space travel and extraterrestrial life.

It was a spectacular opening show with a customized video focusing on the story of Adevinta’s internal project. All guests enjoyed delicious food, a top-level live cover band, surprising side entertainment and a DJ who ended the evening banging. And like all previous editions, the guests didn’t just show up, they pulled out all the stops with the most creative outfits, matching the theme. From flying saucers, Baby Yoda and alu-hats to the planet Mars. Everything passed by. The guests were the decor.
The biggest challenge? Creating a visual spectacle that both connected to Adevinta’s complex internal project and had the necessary wow factor. By incorporating a custom music video and adding a narrative dimension, we conveyed the success of their project in a celebratory, accessible way. It’s all about the experience, and everyone experienced that from the first moment.
The success was in the details. From the spectacular opening show to the décor, everything was on point. Adevinta most appreciated the complete integration of the theme into all parts of the event. What we could especially appreciate was the close collaboration. This goes beyond just executing an assignment. We work together as partners and see ourselves as an extension of the internal organization. This enables us to exceed expectations together every year. And honestly, how great is it to see guests working on their outfits months in advance, trying to outdo each other in positive ways? That’s dedication.

We chose a venue with extensive opportunities for audiovisual surprises, which allowed us to create truly next-level vibes. By adding a layer of content that was directly linked to their internal project, we gave the event an extra dimension. The result? An evening where everything was just right: entertainment, atmosphere and above all involvement. The number of attendees far exceeded the registrations. Instead of no show, we could count on 10% more guests than those who had registered. That says it all about the appeal of Adevinta End of Year. This was the place to be.
