Perfect blend of business & pleasure

The question was clear: “Can you organize an event that invites our business contacts to a relaxed, inspiring evening after a day at the fair?” The networking organization within the aviation sector wanted a setting in which their guests – who had already spent the entire day networking and presenting at the trade show – had the opportunity to continue talking and deepening connections in an enjoyable and relaxed way.

The event content

The event struck just the right tone: attendees entered into an atmosphere where they could continue to enjoy talking and making new contacts after an intensive day of trade shows. With good entertainment, top-level music and delicious catering, it was the perfect ending to a busy day. We realized an evening where networking and relaxation came together seamlessly, so that every guest felt welcome, appreciated and completely at ease.

The challenge

The biggest challenge? To design the concept in such a way that it matched the various wishes of the client. The location in the Hallen, played a key role. There was enough space for the entertainment and for the sponsors to present themselves. The whole provided a fitting backdrop for this unique networking event. Quite a puzzle, but thanks to perfect coordination it became a great success.

Our strength this time lay in our ability to transform a list of diverse requirements into a practical, budget-friendly and memorable event. After a day of business meetings, the guests got exactly what they were looking for: a relaxed setting, with fun entertainment and plenty of opportunity for valuable contact. We deployed much of our network, and the result was an event that exceeded expectations – both for the client and the guests.

The result

In a location close to RAI Amsterdam, we created that relaxed, inviting setting, perfect for both networking and doing business in an informal setting. The feedback? Nothing but praise. Guests were impressed with the location, the decor, the culinary program and the atmosphere. Our client stood with tears in his eyes upon entering: a hit!
