Emakina, a dynamic group of digital enthusiasts, wanted to transform their staff parties from standard canteen gatherings to extraordinary, creatively charged experiences.
The event content
Emakina knows how to party – we noticed. We organized this party from the theme of Cirque Excentrique and went all out! Stilt walkers, fire breathers, staff with clown noses and a venue completely decorated in circus theme made it a total experience.
The challenge
The challenge was to maximally meet all requirements within the set budget and transform the traditional canteen party into a professionally put together event. Of course, while maintaining Emakina’s unique culture and energy – that was paramount.
Our added value
Our extensive experience and network allowed us to partner with a public event organizer. By using an existing setting and adapting it to our needs and requirements, we were able to deliver much more than the budget originally allowed.
The collaboration
The collaboration between Dutch Standard Events and Emakina grew into a strong relationship, based on trust and the freedom to put all ideas on the table – and they were sometimes quite out of the box. This bond was crucial in creating an unforgettable event that the Emakians had to recover from for a long time to come.
The result
