Every year we host their year-end party, an event that has become an important tradition within the organization.
The question remains the same every year, but is anything but simple: organize a party that is right for everyone. An evening where both the exuberant partygoers and the more introverted colleagues feel at home. Where there is room to dance, but also to catch up quietly.
From that broad need, we develop a concept every year that fits the organization of the moment and the wishes of the employees.
For this edition, we developed the concept ‘Marktplaats Twisted Theatre’. A world where everything is upside down, inspired by the changes within the organization. Instead of ignoring that dynamic, we embraced it and translated it into a surreal theatrical experience.
The location, the Tobacco Theater, provided the perfect backdrop. The building was divided into different rooms, each with its own atmosphere and function. This created a multifaceted event in which guests could determine their own route.
Catering took place in a colorful Candyland-like setting, while there were also quiet areas set up where guests could relax or enjoy a drink, for example in the presence of a fortune teller. The main hall was the heart of the party, where the stage program built up throughout the evening to an energetic climax.
The entertainment was broad and accessible. From a relaxed walk-in with DJ to a smashing live act with dance classics. One of the absolute crowd favorites was the Big Bingo Show, an interactive show where guests could actively participate or just relax and watch.
In addition, an important tradition was retained: a themed dress code. With the theme ‘Prints and Patterns’ this became more accessible than ever. From subtle touches to outspoken outfits, everyone could participate in their own way.
In this long-term partnership, the challenges lie less in logistics and more in refinement. The goal each year is to make the event just better and relevant to the organization again.
The biggest question this year was: how do we keep existing traditions fresh and accessible? So the dress code was rethought so that everyone could participate at their own level.
In addition, it was about continuing to serve a diverse audience. By listening carefully and continuing to evolve, we ensure that everyone felt addressed at multiple points throughout the evening.
Our added value lies in translating a creative concept into every detail of the event. From broad outlines to small nuances, everything contributes to one cohesive experience.

The result of this edition was one to be proud of. The evaluation showed that it was perceived by many employees as the best year-end party in years.
The broad scope of the program ensured that everyone had their own highlights. Whether that was the dance floor, the bingo, the music or just the quiet moments.
The appreciation was high, the energy palpable and the reactions unanimously positive. Exactly what it’s all about: a celebration that connects, surprises and is supported by everyone.
