Organize a year-end party that everyone will remember for a long time!

When Interstellar approached us, they had one mission: organize a smashing Christmas party for all employees. The request was clear: provide an evening of fun, connection and celebration, where the new, overarching Interstellar brand would be in the spotlight. Did someone say spotlights? Let’s roll!

The client had great expectations, and rightfully so! Earlier in the year, we already helped Interstellar with the successful NXT FEST, which brought employees from all branches together in a vibrant festival atmosphere. For this Christmas party, we were allowed to extend that same vibe to the winter version: NXT MAS. The theme was almost a foregone conclusion with such a company name: Sparkle Like a Star.

The event content

NXT MAS was all about uniting employees, celebrating success and creating a strong sense of community within the Interstellar family. Everything from the decorations to the acts breathed the “Sparkle Like a Star” theme. And the result? Bull’s eye!

An unforgettable evening full of music, surprises and a touch of magic. Feedback from the guests was overwhelmingly positive: everyone felt seen, appreciated and connected.

The challenge

The big challenge? Connecting employees with each other. Interstellar is a growing company with offices across the country. Some employees barely knew each other because they belonged to other brands until recently. After all these brands and companies merged, not everyone had worked together. So how do you make them all feel part of the bigger picture?

Our answer: a thoughtful concept that is all about connection. We tailored every part of the event to enhance the community and brand experience.

What made this event truly special was the integration of theme and entertainment. Think a breathtaking air act with a spectacular mirror ball costume, a CEO speech where wristbands of all guests lit up at all the right moments, and a lavish décor that was completely in line with the message “Sparkle Like a Star.

From the musical program to the catering and show elements, everything was aimed at surprising guests and bringing them into the story of Interstellar.

The collaboration

Working with Interstellar was a celebration in itself. They had a clear vision, and we translated their ideas into a creative concept that came to life in every detail.

By listening carefully and sparring together on things like “where in the country are we going to organize it,” “what is appreciated by the target audience,” and “what does the musical program look like,” we not only met but exceeded expectations.

The result

The response was fantastic. Guests appreciated the attention to detail, the powerful integration of the theme and the unique combination of content and entertainment.

By reinforcing the content with special acts, the CEO’s message came out even better; his story built to a climax! Everyone really felt part of something bigger and that was exactly the goal.

It was more than a Christmas party; it was a celebration of connection, success and the future of Interstellar.
