DEPT Weekender

DEPT Weekender was set up as a multi-day festival, complete with various stages, interactive sessions, entertainment and culinary delights. Together with the in-house team, we created a varied program of inspiring talks, workshops and cool musical performances. Divided over 6 areas, participants could put together their own experience and discover dozens of new things.

Besides the time constraints, 3 months we said, organizing an event for a global audience of thousands of people brings complex logistical and production challenges. Content-wise, it was also essential to strike a balance between informative content and entertainment while maintaining the unique DEPT culture.

As an experienced event agency with a passion for festivals, we brought our expertise to create a seamless integration of form and content. We provided the creative look and feel, venue set-up, stage design, technical production, catering and entertainment. Our deep knowledge of festival productions allowed us to provide smart solutions that matched the needs of DEPT and their staff.

The DEPT Weekender was an adult festival with a completely rented vacation park as its venue. Deptsters appreciated the freedom to create their own experience, which led to increased engagement and an enhanced sense of community within DEPT. The event had a dynamic atmosphere, unique acts and a perfect balance between work and fun, contributing to an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
