How do you gather valuable feedback after the event?
Feedback is necessary for your next success, simple as that. After a client event, you naturally want to know how your guests experienced it and how you can make future events even better. Make it easy for them to share their thoughts by sending out a survey or inquiry, such as through the page where they registered for the event. Or go beyond just a survey – and make your guests feel valued by making personal contact as well. A follow-up phone call can be incredibly valuable, especially for those clients who can really boost your relationship. For larger events, we prefer to use a combination of digital surveys and in-person calls so we can get a complete picture of the experience.
